In what is possibly one of the strangest partnerships in the history of automotive/TV mashups, Toyota and Nickelodeon have teamed up to make a SpongeBob Themed Toyota Highlander. This one-of-a-kind concept vehicle will be displayed at events across the country this summer, giving SpongeBob fans a chance to see it and enjoy activities and attractions.
Just one feature of the “Happy Driving!” campaign from Toyota, this unique SUV will stop by seven locations this summer, including the Artscape Festival in Baltimore, MD (Jul 19-21); Nickelodeon Suites Resort in Orlando, FL (Aug. 2-4); Nickelodeon Univers at the Mall of America in Minneapolis, MN (Aug. 9-11); Gormet on Gor Festival (Aug. 30-Sep. 2); SpongeBob Shellabration in Hollywood, CA (Sep. 7-8); NASCAR Sprint Cup Series at Chicagoland Speedway in Chicago, IL (Sep. 15); Eat Real Festival in Oakland, CA (Sep. 27-29); and the LA Auto Show in Los Angeles, CA (Nov. 30-Dec .9).
